pheonic Posted May 24, 2012 Posted May 24, 2012 I just downloaded tekkit and the launcher today and I was trying to get it up and running but seconds after I join I get an internal server error. The server says the problem is : [WARNING] Failed to handle packet: java.lang.NullPointerException java.lang.NullPointerException at net.minecraft.server.mod_NotEnoughItems.getMobSpawnerPacket(mod_NotEn oughItems.java:571) at net.minecraft.server.TileEntityMobSpawner.k(TileEntityMobSpawner.java :114) at net.minecraft.server.EntityPlayer.a(EntityPlayer.java:360) at net.minecraft.server.EntityPlayer.a(EntityPlayer.java:259) at net.minecraft.server.NetServerHandler.a(NetServerHandler.java:324) at net.minecraft.server.Packet10Flying.handle(SourceFile:126) at net.minecraft.server.NetworkManager.b(NetworkManager.java:231) at net.minecraft.server.NetServerHandler.a(NetServerHandler.java:101) at net.minecraft.server.NetworkListenThread.a(NetworkListenThread.java:7 8) at net.minecraft.server.MinecraftServer.w(MinecraftServer.java:543) at net.minecraft.server.MinecraftServer.run(MinecraftServer.java:441) at net.minecraft.server.ThreadServerApplication.run(SourceFile:465) does anyone know of a fix for this?
RebelNode Posted May 24, 2012 Posted May 24, 2012 Reinstall you Tekkit client (NEI save slots and settings are stored on client side) and if that doesnt work then perhaps delete root/worldname/players/yourname.dat on the serverside to wipe your inventory and remove possible corruption there.
pheonic Posted May 30, 2012 Author Posted May 30, 2012 So I tried both of those things and for awhile it worked but now it's happening again and what previously worked doesn't anymore if anyone else has any ideas on how to fix this that would be great!
