gahst_buster Posted October 20, 2014 Posted October 20, 2014 When I start Tekkit it loads but nothing happens minecraft won't even popup I heard it didn't work on java 8 so I downgraded to java 7 and it still won't work I reset the pack still didn't work also Tekkit classic Tekkit lite and my downloaded mods other then The Diamond Dimensions work what do I do?

Curunir Posted October 20, 2014 Posted October 20, 2014 Also, downgrading to Java 7 requires actively uninstalling Java 8. Most people just install Java 7 on top and miss the simple fact that they now have two (or more) Java versions on their systems, with the default still being Java 8.
