Quarries not working

Description of Problem: Since the removal of forestry I've been trying to power my quarry with steam engines using conductive pipes, but now the quarry isn't even building the frame. Also, there are no errors in the server log. I transferred the map from my tekkit 2 server to tekkit 3 using the stickied instructions, and it looked like everything was working properly, but then I went and looked at my quarry and a chunk had regenerated. I removed all the new blocks and I thought everything would work fine but the quarry doesn't work now. Also, my advanced machines are completely white except for the induction furnace.

make sure your putting "BuildCraft" and/or "_BuildCraft_" in the ops.txt, thats usually the primary cause of the Quarry not working

I tried opping both but neither worked. I don't know why it would not work in 3.0.3 if it worked in 2.0.1. I didn't even have to make buildcraft op before.

Are you using any permissions / protection plugins?

the correct buildcraft syntax is [buildcraft]

I had same problem with AuthMe, but updating to the latest dev version solved it.

I am using groupmanager and all of essentials which includes essentials protect, could this be what is interfering?

Never mind, the correct buildcraft syntax got the quarries started. Thank you all.
