Why was Forestry removed in 3.0.3?

Apologies for the 99% chance of this being a very noob question.

I just recently started running a tekkit server for some people, and was sifting around on the wiki for.... hours (lots of stuff). I noticed all the farms and wanted to try them... only to find after some searching that forestry was disabled.

I looked around a bit for a "why?" but found none, and only that it was disabled. I assume because of constant bugs/crashes?

You can manually add it back into tekkit.
