[BUG] Inability to craft modded items

Launcher/pack Version: 3.0.4

Operating System: Linux CentOS

Version of Java: Not quite sure..

Description of Problem: I and anyone else cannot craft items from mods. I put in the recipe, the item appears and then disappears a second later. I can spawn the items in fine, but cannot create them.

Error Messages: None

Nevermind, fixed already - Restarted my server and it's fine, seems using /reload will break crafting.

I have this problem and have tried many differnet things but still no different results, i restart my server but nothing changes.

Do you reload your server, no ?

I had this problem too if I /reload my server.Now trying to use /stop...
