Can't pickup a item?

Operating System: Windows 7 64 bit

Version of Java: v7 64 bit

Description of Problem:

Ummm well, everytime i try to pick up something i get this message(I think this goes on admins and mods: (""xxx" has attempted to pick up "yyy" - item" You cannot pick up "yyy")

Error Messages:

"xxx - The player" has attempted to pick up "yyy" - item"

You cannot pick up "yyy"

Sounds like the server is running ModifyWorld and has item restrictions on (and improper permissions setup)

Well the plugins that probly could do that and is on the server is:

BlockControl

Essentials

Groupmanager

Hawkeye(Might not be working)

Vanishnopacket

Worldguard

No plugin you listed there should do it. Except for BlockControl because I have never used it and know nothing about it.

Fixed it, was something in Blockcontrol, not sure what i did though anyways!
