Can't craft Vanilla

When i put the recipes for a pickaxe in the crafting table

[PLANK] [PLANK] [PLANK]

[NOTHING] [sTICK] [NOTHING]

[NOTHING] [sTICK] [NOTHING]

The wooden pickaxe just blink and i can't take it out please help >.<

It works in my 2.1.1 server

but not in the 3.0.3 or 3.0.4

ive been getting the exact same error and cant fix it, what plugins do you have? just so we can cross-reference.

i have kinda the same problem in tekkit SSP. but i can't craft pipes! and i also tried the Technic SSP, and yes i know how to craft them!

Same problem here just restart your client and it works again.

If you are on a server you have to restart server to let it work again it is a strange bug.

I haven't found a solution yet.
