[3.0.4] Electrical Engine missing

After attempting to build an electrical engine in Tekkit, I found I couldn't build a Tin Cog. I checked the Not Enough Items search and it isn't listed there. Neither is the electrical engine itself.

Is this a bug? Or perhaps it was removed if it didn't work correctly?

Still new to these mods, but it doesn't match the Wiki so I thought it was worth reporting.

The electrical engine is apart of forestry and forestry was removed due to some... technical difficulties.

Shucks, spent a lot of resources trying to build those darn gears. Sounds like the Wiki could use updating then.

I've found that the Energy Link is far better (more efficient) than the Electrical Engine ever was.

The only downside is, it uses as much power as it possibly can, so if you don't want it sucking your batteries dry, run several devices off a single Link (rather than running a bunch of Links), and/or use Transformers to reduce the voltage as low as possible before connecting to the Link.
