Red Power Sorting Machine Problem!

So..... I have a small hamachi server with my friends. Recently, I set up a sorting machine. This has been buggy since the beginning. I have a simple system: blue for ores, green for fuel, yellow for dusts, red for cobble, and black for any unknown items. Every so often, it stops, and I have to delete the block and completely replace it to get it to work again. Then it works for a few minutes and stops working again. Any ideas on how to fix this?

from time to time on my server a block will become stuck inside of the sorter. instead of destroying the sorter, try just using your screwdriver to switch its angle, the stuck block should pop out, then re-orient it again with the screwdriver ;P Hope that helps in some way

Or just disconnect the pipe on the sorters output side. The stuck item will pop out. Make sure your overflow (black) container isn't full.

Happens for us too. It sorted through a million items no problem then suddenly it has started to have issues. Annoying to keep fiddling with it.
