When a player on my server placed an Ender Chest, the server crashed, and keeps crashing when a player enters. I reverted the world to before the chest placement, but that didn't work. Help?

Description of Problem:
When a player on my server placed an Ender Chest, the server crashed, and keeps crashing when a player enters. I reverted the world to before the chest placement, but that didn't work. Help?
