Were the Chunk Loading blocks removed in Tekkit 3? [solved]

I've noticed that the chunk loading blocks are missing in the latest Tekkit 3 server. Are chunks automatically loaded on oil pumps and quarries or was the block renamed?

Straight from the Tekkit page on here:

Chunkloaders from Additional Pipes are now called Teleport Tethers. There is also two new items in RailCraft that keep chunks loaded. The World Anchor and the Anchor Cart. If you had chunkloaders disabled previously you may want to also disable these items.
