help setting up first tekkit server

hi, i am new to the technic pack and have decided to make my server in to a tekkit server but i have no idea what i to do i have my server hosted through daddy chease and have been give acess to the necessary files (i think!) so can some kind person tell me what to do

sorry i might have missed somthing but i did not find anything there useful i just want to know what files to put where i can do the rest my self if one of the stickys has that info can you point out which one?

I'm going to guess you need to rename tekkit.jar to match the craftbukkitdev.jar they're using, and copy the mod files in where they're normally at when you use the server batch file. Beyond that, you'll have to ask someone at the hosting company or someone who's used them for a modded server.

i tried to get the company to do it but they are usless in the end i setteled for acess to the necessary files so i need to know what to put where so i can do it my self i have moved the tekkit.jar and renamed it but i dont know what to do with the mods

got it working so this can be closed by a mod because i dont think i can do it my self

in case anyone was haveing the same problem as me i juse ran the bat file, delated all to old server files and copied all the new ones on to the server and rename the tekkit.jar to craftbukkitDEV.jar and that should be it
