Please help; About Spout-based launcher and what not

Ok so on my Tekkit server I wanted to install Guns+ and some other Spout plugins, and supposedly this launcher is Spout-based, so does that mean if I install the Spout plugin it will work with the Technic launcher (aka Tekkit)

No. Tekkit does not have Spout installed.
