Update Gone Wrong!!!

Hey I just did the update for tekkit and now when I open it and the game starts it come's up with my Regular Minecraft Launcher so I lost the server that I was on. Could you please help me on getting it back to normal.

Do you have the mod Tekkit selected or Vanilla?

I have the same problem as maflingoman.

Please help, I'm using Java 7
