Blacklisting items

Would someone be so kind as to upload their world guard files that have blacklisted items on them?

I wish someone would im having terrible problems with griefing becuase world guard doesnt stop rings :(

My recommendation (NOTE THIS IS JUST A RECOMMENDATION) is download/disable the following:

1. Disable EE2 or at least Collectors
   
2. Download disablecraft mod (Prevents items from being crafted)
