For me is open, try deleting the server or the server.dat it works for me sometimes

The map does not looks as intended? Or the world is corrupted? You could try to generate it in SP and the using FTP like filezilla paste it to the servr

I was thinking it would be useful to get a way of communicating outside the game, like skype or steam or something like that
