  1. So I might as well just download two MCPs?
  2. For example, make the Chocolate mod and the Nuke mod in the same mcp folder. Also, I did not know about the modders metropolis i will post there later. Don't call me lazy.

  5. YAYY also is there any way to organize two mods at once in the MCP?... basically, for example, make a gun mod and a tank mod separately but at the same time?
  6. Just download the zeppelin mod as a zip file that works with the version of Minecraft that the latest tekkit lite uses and put it into a folder, compress that folder, and then add that folder to dropbox or whatever and type the link to the folder in the custom url area and log in i think.
  7. You can just make your own mod pack with one mod, the Zeppelin mod.
  8. I downloaded forge and they now make it easier by making it so you only have to download the forge source and run the install.bat. Could I make a jar mod AND a forge mod at the SAME TIME using the mcp downloaded from forge?
  9. So why would I ever have to run decompile.bat anyway after the first time?
  10. I am confused about the decompile.bat. On the MCP wiki, it says Make sure that you backup the modified sources before you run "decompile.bat" again or all changes will be lost!, but what if I forget which sources I modify?
  11. So does it download the custom again zip every time the user logs in and deletes it when the user closes tekkit?
  12. I am also confused about something else... if an update comes out for tekkit lite, then the user is prompted to update. The user then upgrades to the latest tekkit lite and my mod may not work. Also, how will the client know when I update my mod? How will the client know that the file on download link has been changed?

  17. I would want to make it for Tekkit Lite but I would rather not constantly update it. But if I do make it for Tekkit Lite, I would just make a forge mod. Then I would use bukkitforge for the server side mod?
  18. Would it be a good idea to use Tekkit Classic because forgebukkit will probably not be updated?
  19. I have known some java for a while now (I will have to brush up if I want to make a mod though). My idea is to make a server with my own mod in it. I am not sure if I would use Tekkit stuff at all on the server. What is the best way to get the mod to the users? Should I make it for Tekkit Classic or Tekkit Lite or should I just make my own launcher? Is it even a good idea to use forgebukkit?
  20. Post it on pastebin. Also, maybe permissionsex didn't load correctly. Check the console for errors. Do you have the wrong version...? Make sure to have the 1.2.5 versions of plugins, or at least not 1.3.2 plugins.

  24. OK thanks a lot. When I looked in the computer folders, though, I didn't find any startup files for any of the computers. Should I create the file?
  25. I want to downgrade from 1.7.5 to 1.7.4 factions so tags appear. I will back up but what will happen to the conf and the existing factions?
