For some reason the first time I download it it came up with railcraft error and now a IC2 and Thuamcraft error. whats going on?

The first time I downloaded technic 6 (about 7min ago from 8:08pm) it came up with an error with railcraft config and CRASHED! the second time I downloaded it (for windows btw) it came up with a confliction with IC2 and Thuamcraft. Please Help!
