Everything has changed in the past 2 months of the server, from staff to the host to bring you the maximum Tekkit experience you can imagine. We have a very new dedicated server for our requirements and it's serving us well. The server is very heavily monitored and moderated with helpful and mature staff that are waiting in line to assist you, so you will never have problems. We update the the server and plugins on a weekly basis to ensure that we don't have any half-functioning plugins. We also have a custom plugin to reboot the server if any problems do occur, so the downtime is minimal. The ranks are simple : you play more, you rank up. The higher the rank, you unlock more items for usage. If by some coincidence there is no staff online, you can submit a ticket on our website and it will be sorted as soon as possible. Our server is run entirly by donations. Donating get's you high rewards to say thank you, but donators must still follow the rules or the ban hammer with appear. Hello There, I am not sure this is the right thread to post this, so please feel free to move it if needed. I currently own a rather large Tekkit Server called "TekkitNoodle". We are currently on page 1 at position 5. It has come to our attention that most servers on page 1 have a coder that can write a range of custom plugins for them. We only have the plugins that are quite messed up. I am looking for someone who is experienced in the coding language of java and is willing to help me and the TekkitNoodle community. I would ask that you do come with experience of Minecraft/Tekkit and have some knowledge of making a plugin. We currently run at quite a low TPS due to we are running some things that aren't the best at memory management. We are looking to change this and come out with something fantastic. I have a wide range of different plugins and fixes that i would love to see happen but i can't due to we don't have a plugin developer. We currently have a super active forum with over 1200 members. We have a good 100+ people on at weekends. Once you have made plugins you will be awarded with some thing on the forums and In-game if you would like. This will be discussed on Skype or via Email. Title: [uRGENT] Server has loads of entites spawning Version: 3.1.2 OS: CENTOS 6 : linux Java Version: 1.7 Description of Problem: We run quite a popular tekkit server. In the past weeks we have noticed a lot of entities are spawning. We think it's drops. All these entities sometimes cause the server to crash. Crashing is a real pain when it comes to when i need to go to bed. We have a dedicated box with 12GB ram. We have /stoplag on from worldguard to stop the overflow of entities. We reset the map as i said but still there seems to be a fair amount of entities still spawning. If you know anything on how to fix, Let me know!
