My friend is having some lag issues that neither of us are understanding. Could you take a look at my bug report or direct someone else to it to help me?

Title: Friend having unknown lag issues Version: 3.1.2 OS: Windows xp Java Version: 6 Description of Problem: My friend has been having a lot of FPS lag on my server. She also has problems loading any chunks. she can see maybe 2-3 blocks away from where she logs on. The server is only the two of us. and she's never had any of these problems before. I've been avoiding doing anything in the server, besides removing machines/pipes ect until we fix it. Oddly enough, before the issues she was able to run tekkit with a solid 30 fps on low to medium settings on her machine which has 1gh processor and 1 gig of ram. there also has not been any new machinery or anything introduced within a day or two before the issues began. I've also tried cleaning her computers registery, disk defrag, disk cleanup, and even malware/virus scans. Error Messages: Error Log:
