  1. well I ended up making the thing I wanted after all. This is completely unrelated to anything else but I made json recipes: It can take id, oredictName, or unlocalizedName along with meta and nbt for comparison. All that + quantity for output! It doesn't do anything with specialized crafting handlers (e.g. IC2's electric item crafting which transfers energy into the completed product) (yet) but it should allow people to define whatever recipes they durn well feel like for almost everything, just by editing a config file. Next step is getting it to auto-sync this between server and client...
  2. okay. I am rapidly gaining stuff to do again so I don't know when I'll start to work on it >.< the main reason I'm interested in this is so that I don't have to worry about maintaining 5 different sets of recipes for MPS because people can just change their recipe configs accordingly. That way I can just provide 'example config files' and people can maintain them who are savvy enough to edit them but not savvy enough to edit the java spaghetticode of my recipe manager :P
  3. Oh hey. Will this be on github? I was pondering making something like this but I'd rather just contribute to yours to get the features I want. Also: Client/server sync?
  4. Generally only use recommended builds for modpacks. The experimental builds might have more features or more bugfixes but they're always less tested than the recommended ones. The experimental builds are literally made automatically every time I upload a changed file to the repository, so there can be world-breaking stuff in there.
  5. CANVOX YOUR FREE PRODUCT THAT YOU ARE WORKING YOUR ASS OFF FOR IS NOT UP TO MY STANDARDS FIX IT SO I CAN MAKE MONEY OFF YOUR WORK WITHOUT USING MY FUCKING BRAIN Just kidding, hexxit owns and the OP is a retarded child
  6. Take the battery out of your gauntlet. And to the other guy: stop pasting crashlogs, they're shitting up the thread. Put them on hastebin or gist or something.
  7. aw thanks :D

  8. yes, turn down the heat scaling in config on the modules that produce it. If you use the latest version of MPS it should be reflected client-side as well.
  9. Okay, this is an official support thread for Modular Powersuits - the versions that are in official Technic packs as well as packs hosted on Platform. Don't expect me to answer many questions here, since I'm always way ahead in my own little alpha testing world; this is more of a place for people to share knowledge with others who are using the same versions.
  10. That was the one time I went full bore on you, but you do it constantly to a lesser extent. This is the another reason. You asked me why I hate you, and somehow you think that my gracing you with an answer is opening the floor to debate. I know what your excuses are; it's not going to change how I feel about you if you reiterate them for me. I think there is a lesson you can take from Kurt Cobain.
  11. Well, there are numerous reasons, but the main ones are -Acting the fake 'expert' who has opinions about stuff you don't remotely understand, thereby spreading misinformation among people who are willing to admit that they don't know shit -Acting the bigot towards my friends What amazes me is that you found that link in my github without chancing upon the dozens of closed issues and changelogs which address the very things you are complaining about. Well that's part of it, but it's also because I already made adjustments to address all of those complaints and they are using a pretty old version.
  12. Why are you still allowed to post here?
  13. You are stupid and should go away.
  14. God, shut up, you blithering morons.
  15. I have no idea what you're talking about but do it yourself.
  16. That's sort of a stretch goal. There's no way I'll have time to do something that extensive until the summer at the earliest. And there are sooo many things that are more important in the meantime.
