I recently started encountering a problem with opening the launcher as a .jar file. Whenever i try to open the file the technic launcher opens through the archive utility rather than as an app. In fact the option to run the launcher through the java runtime environment(or so i think its called) is not even an option anymore. The kicker is i had played the launcher on several hours earlier (at the time i am writing this) and had played a good while with out any errors. i am currently using a mac running OS x 10.10 and i have java installed properly. any help to resolve this issue would be greatly appreciated.

it currently says it is down. would there happen to be server problems? or is there a :25565 or something like that at the end of the IP. i would really like to play on this server, if i can get an answer soon i would be grateful.

very cool. i dont think i have seen a strictly PVE server for hexxit, so good job setting the trend my freind. will defenently join P.S. dont let them creepers get ya ;)

Age:15 soon to be 16 Why Horizon?:i cant honestly answer this. it has been a while since i used the tekkit launcher and i have just recently found out about hexx-it. since this server says it has pvp toggle i want to give it a try. (never did like minecraft pvp..) What is your goal on the server?: this is a good question. having played minecraft for the past few years in general, there isnt much in specific i would like to do on this server. however, i will attempt to help the community in any way i can, make a house for my self/shop for other people and attempt to learn about this modpack. i would be very grateful if i can be whitelisted **edit IGN: celticbacon

thank you very much, although the chances of me returning right now are very slim, i appreciate the effort. i would also like to inform you that the iron chest mod chests ie. iron, gold, diamond and crystal are not respong to being privated, the chest will open if i were to right click but not private.. if you can look into this i would be gratefull

@dragonrx i was enjoying the server untill i was stolen from.. i have SOME of the items back, but i dont think i will come back to this server soon. it was fun while it lasted, thanks a bunch. ;)

when im posting this i am retrying to use the modpack i will edit this post to see if anything changes wish me luck! edit*: it worked! it finished its loading as i typed *wish me luck" i will join the servcer now! ign is celticbacon

the problem is.. i AM using the new launcher it stops on the mojang screen if someone tells me how to view the logs whil its loading, i can identify and or copy the logs here. :)

hi, when i download and install the link to your modpack, minecraft gets stuckl on the mojang screen. any suggjesttions?

it is possible your not using the right version of the mod pack (*if there are diff versions). if not im not sure what else to say :I also GIVE THE link for the mod pack in something that the custom pack adder can read. because for the people who cant download crap, cant play on your server. im going to apologise. im raging at a website for not sending the account activation email.. even after changed emails and clicked the resend email button 8-10 times. so if im bringing any anger from that here, please accept my apologie.

i would recomend changing your ip to your public ip, otherwise no one other then you can join. also please read the format for a server.. unless you want to get banned which i dont want for you edit**: if yoiu change the ip to somthing i can join, i would be happy to play with you.. just make sure pvp is off :l
