Come on people!!! 40 views and NO REPLY? I need to know WHY Voltz dont load the plugins folder!!! :'(

So, Voltz runs over Bukkit or Vanilla? Thats my question, because in server edition, I didn't saw the "plugins" folder. And I want to add some plugins to it. Thanks people!
