I found out how to fix this, when you enter in http://technicpack.net/api/modpack/ragetech" or whatever mudpack you're trying to install, just put "beta" in front of technic pack.net, turning it into "http://beta.technicpack.net/api/modpack/ragetech" It worked twice for me
