Server just go down? i joined and all of a sudden few seconds later i am logged out and it says communication error

Hi just a question....i am new to multiplayer things and to minecraft...i am not new to the concept of building,surviving,and well....multiplayer...what i meant earlier was"minecraft multiplayer games" not multiplayers things....anyway can you help me figure out how to join ur server? Oh and i sorta forgot my minecraft name..i think it is Tornadozack
