Umm im not having trouble with a plugin but more with the server itself ive recently made the server and wanted to play with my friends so i logged in to check it out and for about 50 seconds everything is fine then it FREEZES and i cant do anything but close tekkit please HELP ME

hello people ive recently started a tekkit classic server and i was hoping to play with a little of my friends but ive been logging onto the server and have been able to play for about 50 seconds and then it freezes and i cant do anything but close it i really want to play on my server but for some reason i cant!?!? plz help :)
