You can do it with out deleting it. All you have to do is go into your config file and open the universal Electricity folder and then open the AtomicScience.cfg file with a text editor. Then you find the part that says General and there will be two lines one that says B:"Disable IC2 Uranium Compression (Recommended)"=true B:"Disable IC2 Uranium Generation"=true Change both of those to false and save and you should be good to go.
