Well i was able to fix it. This issue was with half of the users that connect to my server. I had the people with the problem delete their .technic folder and replace it with one that I uploaded. They are now able to launch and connect to my server. -not so much a fix but a workaround. my working .technic folder

I did a little test. my overworld launch site is in a village i took over. previous inhabitants vanished somehow... launched from +231, +166. landed at those same coordinates. found another village on the moon that was struck by the same event as my overworld village... strange. launched at coordinates -411, +160 on the Moon and landed at those same coordinates on the overworld. Not sure if you guys tried it yet but I thought I would share my discovery.

I too have no fallen meteors. would like to craft airlocks for my space structures.

i've also been looking all day for fallen meteors on the moon and have not come across any. I'm in need of the iron for crafting. I would like to know if there is an issue with the version? Or are they just that rare?

I did the update to 1.0.5. It would appear that has fixed the buildcraft issue for me. I have all mods installed and no latency issues.

I found the culprit. in my case it was buildcraft that was causing the issue. I also had to remove aditionalpipes in order to get the server to load. I have all mods except buildcraft and additional pipes running and my server is running lag free again. What do I need to do to get these mods back in the game. They are highly used by my users.

i've tried redownloading the entire pack. and started a new world without galactacraft. It went well for about 15 mins then lagged out again. i've started going through the different mods but have not had any significant improvement. its getting late. i will continue troubleshooting tomorrow.

I removed Galactacraft from my server and client and I'm still experiencing high latency. I'm connected by LAN and a friend is connected by WAN. We have a consistent upload between 2.5 - 3.0 mbs. a screen shot of my server. my forgemodloader file. http://pastebin.com/DjCma7Hq

I'm also experiencing high latency on my upload. on my local network i'm connected to the server gigabit so i'm not experiencing any lag issues. But multiple users that connect through the Wan have experienced unplayable lag. I'm hosting the server on a 10mb/s down and 1mb/s up Wan. i've noticed for every connection to my server is uploading 1MB/s per user connecting. You can see why they are experiencing latency issues. I would love to contribute to the investigation. Where do I get these logs from to help solve this.
