Try to disable mobs altogether for a while and then start the server. Should work since a squid is causing the issue.

I don't think that's ever going to happen. The old version of minecraft used item IDs. The newer version uses item NAMES. It's actually why some modes are taking so long to update because they use building schematics to generate stuff and they are having to convert all their schematics from IDs to names. So basically instead of (making up this number here) clay being: 92. And that's it. It is now: minecraft:clay.
There has to be some way though because I loaded a large 10gb world and it did load but many of the blocks turned into twilightforest glowy stuff suggesting that there's a normal converting mechanism in place.

I like the new launcher! It was very laggy running the "stable" version but updating to the beta seems to have fixed that, so I'm guessing you found and patched the issue there, good job
Is there any possibility of getting your technic launcher (in my case Hexxit) server featured in the launcher? There could be some kind of way to buy a position or simply a good ol' votifier system for the most popular servers. I feel like this would be a win win for both the technic and the server community. -

Me and my friends, the whole MCconquer Server community ( www.mcconquer.org ) Alot of players have been trying to join and we keep crashing. We really need help. If this happens to you please post on this aswell.
Actually, I think the crash was limited to you and only you? I've been able to join just fine all along, and so does everyone I've asked (except for you, of course). Anyway, I think you fixed it but let me know if you need any help.

can you add the plugin for when you join you join in spawn /stoptp ?cuz thats what its sopose to do when you join you crash ?
Hi Nuclear_p0tato and sorry for late answer, I didn't check this thread in some time. Our anti crashing plugin works most of the times but when it comes to inventory trouble it unfortunately doesn't help a lot. I have re-set your playerdata which will let you log in again.

ive never heard of modifworld. plugin? I use multiverse. what I did was ban on those greif items in the non-greifing worlds yet allowed them in the other worlds. so in this way, I was able to un-ban almost everything (excpt the ones that crash the server)
ive been testing the crafting tables that you say are dupe issues. how do you replicate? im not finding any info and not able to replicate the dupe glitch. I have temp banned them based on your recommendation, but there dosnt apper to be any youtube vids, or info anywhere on how to duplicate using the tninkers crafting tables.
I'll keep that private until someone decides to publicly expose it. It involves moving away from the table while browsing it (using spiderhooks, minecarts, titanbans, lava, water just mentioning a few)

Personnaly I've been using Item restrict it works really well. plus, you can use it in conjuction with Pex to allow items be used in some worlds yet, banne in others. I tried BANITEM. which works well to. but it spams chat.
Yah, if you're a modifyworld fan that should work good.

Restart your Java / Computer
Then try again. Double check that you don't have two instances of the TechnicLauncher running.
Also make sure that you have the official version of the launcher.

easy way out is just to bann tinkers?
wow, dude, just go into the configs file, look at tinker text config
and set autosmelting and luck to =false.
BAM. Done. now everyone can still enjoy tinkers. its an awesome mod.
