Backpacks, they duplicate in 1.0.6
OmniWrench, it crashes the server.
You might want to ban the Rift Blade, cause people can create portals anywhere.
If you have a bukkit server, you need to patch the battleaxe, by getting a plugin such as Potion effects in worldguard regions, and give people resistance 137 in your non-pvp regions.
You need to ban the Lux capitator-addon to power tools, cause they are able to grief protected areas.
Last, but not least you need buy ban dynamite, it griefs protected areas.

The OmniWrench - Unfortunately, it crashes the server.
Dynamite - We found no way to prevent this from griefing protected areas.

I love the idea with Mo' Creatures. I've used it on my server before (even though that was back in 1.2.4), and it's really awesome
