That might be the logical assumption, but everything will depend on the mod development cycle, so it's a little early to be asking.
-
You have duplicate mod files - either go into your mods folder and delete the older ones, or just delete the mod pack of your choice and reinstall.

The server requires you to have the following mods
Torezu replied to bluey's question in Technic Launcher
Update your client to 3.1.2. -
Weird. I thought that was fixed. Okay, so Kaker needs to get his act together. It's in the logs directory, right inside the .techniclauncher folder. I'm kind of surprised your sifting didn't happen to notice that.

Must have Forge Build #136+ (4096 fix) to connect to this server
Torezu replied to Henric Andersson's question in Technic Launcher
Did you even look at the rest of the board? There's a Tekkit Bug Board section. At the top of that section... -
many different errors, never seen or read about this on forums before
Torezu replied to Ioakim's question in Tekkit Classic
I acknowledge that as a possibility, but WinRAR still likes to be grabby, and may need to be told that it can only stick its hands in certain places. -

Torezu replied to Ioakim's question in Tekkit Classic
Why, out of curiosity, are you using WinRAR? It likes to claim .jar and .zip files for its own, and it may be giving Java some problems. Try just removing it and seeing what happens. If that works, use 7zip instead. -
Then some servers are using 3.1.1 and some servers are using 3.1.2? I'm not sure I understand the problem. The Tekkit changelog specifically says which versions uses which TubeStuff, among the other things that changed. It seems as though one or more of the servers you're trying to play on haven't updated to 3.1.2 yet.

Ah. See, I just put the launch.bat in my server folder, and made a shortcut on my desktop for it. I thought that's how everyone did it.
-
At least use pastebin next time. That thing is huge. Also, did you happen to scroll through the NEI Common Problems thread? I'd bet this is monster spawners giving you fits.
-
Four people with the same problem, zero launcher logs to help fix it. Huh.

Server giving conflicting item id's and can not join
Torezu replied to Interoth's question in Tekkit Classic
The item conflicts are, according to the Technic team, normal and not to be concerned with. Post a launcher log (use pastebin if it's too big for code tags) so we can look at the client side of things. -
Is the Alt key stuck in game, for whatever reason? That's what usually causes drops like that. And if it doesn't seem like NEI changed entirely to survival, you may have disabled item drops in NEI on accident and left them disabled.
-
3 questions then: 1) Did someone use /reload on the server? 2) Are you using the Tekkit server files? 3) Do you have a server log?
-
That's an MV transformer, not an MFE, and the block between looks like a splitter cable (thought not exactly, so I wonder if it's something else). It's really not necessary anyway. The MFSU will only output power when it's drawn from somewhere, like another storage device or a machine, keep in mind.
-
Read the Common Problems and Solutions thread before posting, please. You would know where to find it, and someone wouldn't have to ask you for it.
-
This is an update without wiping the old directory. It seems ModLoader is clinging to existance. Try getting a new launcher. If that doesn't work, remove the entire folder (back up worlds and waypoints if you have any) and reinstall.
-
Pipe type 0 is a non-existant pipe that's usually generated by an auto-rebuilder (rollback) type world protection tool. You'll want to note the coordinates, use MCEdit or similar to delete the pipes, and then either replace them with actual pipes or just leave them gone.
-
Now, a world copy before you go too far...that would have the oil wells already spawned in.
-
Put it back yourself. It will not happen here.

Will Tekkit Be Updated in time for MC1.3?
Torezu replied to ELIT3_Ryan's topic in Tekkit Classic Discussion
Do you have something against engineers? This is also how we tend to operate around here. Most people think we're being insulted, but truth be told we're helping them figure out how to operate in society by not being dumb. -
Believe what you like, we really have no experience with this problem. I'd certainly think a post in General Tekkit SMP may have been more well-received, but still, it's between you and the hosting company to figure out. I personally wouldn't have used them, just based on the misspelling and poor site layout on their front page.

All right, I'm locking this thing. It's a notice from the admins, not a place to post bugs. Then I will start issuing warnings to deleting all the posts of everyone who posted here without a bug report. Warnings were too much work.

Is there any reason to have NEI enabled server-side?
Torezu replied to VideoBoy's topic in Server Op Swap Shop
What exploits are those? I thought there was a fix on this board for the saved state exploit, and I wasn't aware of any others.
