this is stupid I get banned for mining 4 gold ores and this other guy doesn't get banned when he griefed me twice and killed when pvp was toggled off

I have only killed one person I have gone through with all my deals I have never pissed anyone off until yesterday when I was mining and found a guys house witch only had 10 crops of wheat and a chest I fixed the hole then left but he was pissed cuz I found gold and that was the only reason I was mining and now I am banned for pointing my statement when others have complained about this guy wtf
