  1. I get the same issue on my laptop. It usually only happens when I initially launch the game, then over time it fades away. My laptop is fast, but the graphics card on it is a piece of crap.
  2. To op yourself, you will need to use the console. Just type in op <username> and it should work. If your hosting the server on your computer, it probably can't handle it, hence why it is lagging.
  3. Selliesje1999, you are such a troll. lol
  4. Simple Answer: No I would suggest using TekkitRestrict, NoItem or ModifyWorld. These plugins are much more efficient and can block crafting, holding, using, clicking, etc. etc. TR can even replace banned items with dirt. It also has a Limited Creative feature which can be customized to meet your server's needs.
  5. FYI - a dirty nuke can be just as bad. And by dirty nuke I mean creating a makeshift nuclear reactor and forcing it to meltdown intentionally.
  6. On my server, I built a small HV Solar Energy Plant at spawn, which outputs a maximum of 4,608 EU/T. It stores 90,000,000 EU at the plant, before outputting it to the industrial zones. I have the ability to turn-off the entire power grid at the plant, or turn off any individual industrial zone. I am also able to see who is consuming electricity at their factory when they are offline by using a light indicator. To stop the power from flowing through a specific cable, I used an EU-Splitter Cable, and to activate my indicator lights, I used an EU-Detector Cable. Each are wired with redstone and connect to a switch. In the future, I am planning to upgrade these features using ComputerCraft, thus being able to monitor and control everything from one central location.
  7. Put a transformer upgrade inside the macerator, it runs on lv. Use a second upgrade to move it up to hv.
  8. Get a server host, they'll probably do a good portion of the setup for you, depending on who you go with.
  9. For a Tekkit-Classic 1.3.2 server, do the following: 1. Stop your server. 2. Download PermissionsEx v1.19.3 3. Extract the downloaded zip file 4. Move the PermissionsEx.jar file into your plugins folder 5. Start then stop the server to create the folder. 6. Write your permissions in the permissions.yml file in the PermissionsEx folder 7. Save and start the server. 8. ? 9. Profit! (Don't bother installing ModifyWorld or ChatManager. They aren't worth the headache.)
  10. Deveshi, I sent you a response on Enjin but the short answer, so that everyone knows, is the "permissions.yml" file in the root folder is ignored because it's the bukkit permissions file. PermissionsEx has superiority over it. To get everyone talking again, delete the "chatmanager.jar" file in your plugins folder. To restrict items, use the plugin called Tekkit Restrict instead of Modify World, and delete the "modifyworld.jar" file.
  11. Did you install all of the mods in the right place? It only kicks you if you attempt to acquire an item that doesn't exist on the server. Double check your install.
  12. Send me a PM and I'll help you. Do you have ventrilo or skype?
  13. Deveshi, I have owned two Tekkit-Classic servers and one Minecraft server. I have also been an administrator on another Tekkit-Classic and Minecraft server. I am very familiar with the problems that you are currently experiencing. Do you mind posting a link to download your permissions file? Also, do you mind telling me all the plugins that you installed? Thank you!
