  1. Mass Fabricators work best as a power drain, or maybe you could just hook it up to the source :)
  2. How do I maker Turtles act like a player within the permissions system and have the rights of a player? I cannot have the turtles be opped or whatever, because they still need to follow some permissions. If you've gotten around this please show me your turtle.cfg and how you added ComputerCraft to your PEX permissions file AND what the name of the fake user is. Thanks.
  3. Just FYI this wasn't about forestry, it was just in case something happened to a mod that we gave a shit about Forestry was useless in my opinon, farming was possible with the other mods, making shit ton easy is overkill
  4. I run a server, and it would be a pain to have to explain to people why half of their factory dispears, because tekkit decided not to include it in this release. So my idea, was too run Tekkit with minimal mods and if tekkit updates started causing problems we could switch to installing all our mods onto the client itself. Does this work, will a tekkit world that only has a few mods convert to a normal client that is modded with the same mods? I hope that made sence.
  5. Does anyone know about any new mods to be added in the next release? Or removed? I'm assuming not since my search didn't turn up anything.
  6. I've been doing some tests in single player tekkit and i have encountered a very big problem. Wireless redstone, teleportation pipes don't seem to work bewteen worlds At least Overworld and the End. Even with the chunk loader blocks, 1. Does this also happen in Multi player? 2. is there another wireless mod that i can try out that comes with tekkit 3. Is there another mod or patch i can install that will make this work
  7. The tutorials are the same, if it is on your computer, or someone elses. Just follow those and if you have trouble after you do the complete tutorial come back here.
  8. I am aware that tekkit is a modified spout client, but does that mean it will work with spout mods? I know there may be problem like ID conflicts but do most mods that work on spout work on tekkit too?
  9. Yes Bukkit / Spout mods. Or even just a client mod (Like a extra graphical mod)
  10. I'm making this thread so people can discuss and post links to server mods that support tekkit. I would post some, but i don't have any So post your mods name and thread link and maybe a short description I read the rules before submitting this, i don't know if this falls under the "Not adding anything group"
  11. I think i know what is happening. I read this along time ago and this might not be crediable. But items dispear in 5 minites or so. Unless you leave the chunk. When you leave the chunk the items are saved into the chunk and permanatly saved (Once again could be wrong)
  12. Oh they started porting Red Power over? Which release version are they using? I've been on the Red Power thread and i can't seem to find a change log So is it pre release 5, or is there a early version they are porting?
