A bit confused.. will this command chunk load area that you have yet to walk? Or will it continuously load new chunks? i might have read this wrong. sorry for bad english

It seems that this fix makes it so its impossible to suck stuff out of the condensers from the bottom like it was possible before. Never mind i just inverted the design. sucking it out of the top instead.
