1) I know Applied Energistics has no issue moving things in/out of the Atomic Science blocks, I imagine BC would work too 2) You have to put the Radiation shielding module into all 4 armor pieces for it to work (8 total basic plating), but make sure you're not just installing the basic plating as the armor module, and are actually installing the Radiation module with them at the Tinker Table.

Well from my personal testing with default configs, an Energy Tesseract can only take in a max of 100 MJ/t no matter how many faces you input to. So you'll need multiple tesseracts sending to the same Freq to supply that Network with more than 100 MJ/t. So to feed each precharger 100 MJ/t, you have to set up 5 sending tesseracts being fed from the turbines on the same Freq. (500 MJ/t - 20% loss = 400 MJ/t)

Yeah this is the same solution I came up with to the jammed Induction Smelter issue. Sucks to need dedicated machines for single recipes but I'm not sure how else to do it.
