Im getting the bug too. Please try and find a way to have it without using fullscreen.

What modpacks are you guys using? I'm having the same problem with Magician's Cookbook. Somebody please fix it!

Its happening to me too.

Go into fullscreen,yes, its very annoying having to do that if you have a massive computer screen, but it's the only working fix.

Anyone got any ideas?

Im having the same problem! I thought it was just happening when i downloaded custom modpacks. But mines stopping on scala-library when i try to install Magicians Cookbook. I'd really appreciate if someone got this fixed.

Then it says "Download failed, retries remaining" Then finally it comes up with a window saying this: Error downloading file for the following pack: Magician's Cookbook (Or whatever pack, it usually happens with this pack though).
