I know, but having a desktop is not an option for me at the moment.

So I've been looking for a new laptop for the holidays and this is what I found: 4th Gen Intel® Core™ i7-4500U mobile processor 8GB system memory 1TB hard drive 5400 RPM NVIDIA GT 745M graphics 15.6" Full HD touch screen I looked up the performance of the graphics card for Vanilla Minecraft (There were no tests of it running Tekkit) and it ran at a steady 120 FPS on max settings. What I'm wondering is how well will this laptop handle Tekkit? (Or any other modpack for that matter.) If any of you have this GPU or can give me a rough estimate of it's performance it would be greatly appreciated. Happy Holidays!

The Filler was nerfed in a past update so that it deletes the blocks that it mines, this is because as you said above, it made quarries useless. For your problem with the quarry, I've never heard of a it not pumping out blocks and it has never happened to me...maybe try hooking it up to a pipe and a chest? It might be a graphical glitch causing the blocks to be invisible.

Age: 16 IGN: RC_6 Why I want to play on this server: I've never really had an interest in playing alone in Singleplayer as I see no point to building something cool if you can't show it off. Also, this is my first time playing Tekkit after abandoning it over a year ago (for FTB) and this seemed like a friendly enough server to start messing around with the various mods which Tekkit offers again. What I want to build: I'm not really sure to be honest, like I said above, I haven't played with Tekkit for over a year and I'm not too familiar with some of the new mods which the recent update brought to the modpack. I've watched a few videos on Youtube about some of the mods so that I won't be a total noob, and from what I've seen, Galacticraft looks freaking amazing so I suspect I may be building a spacestation. However, I'm sure building a spacestation isn't the easiest thing to do so I'll probably be living out my early-game days in a Direwolf20-esque base. Thanks for taking the time to read! :)
