I see some craftbukkit stuff in the error message, so I'm guessing you have MCPC+ installed which is incompatible with better dungeons. Same thing happened to me so I switched to ForgeEssentials.

If you're not lagging it's likely his computer. See what happens when he increases the RAM allocated to hexxit on the technic launcher. If you don't mind me asking, is it professionally hosted or off your computer? (I will be able to give you better advice if I know which one)

Seems to me like they do have it installed.

I host a Hexxit server for myself and a few friends, but whenever any of us explore and load new chunks, the person exploring gets kicked with the reason "Internal Server Error". The console says the reason they disconnected is "unknown". I have ForgeEssentials installed if that changes anything. I highly doubt it is a memory issue, because we've done tests where I watch the memory usage and it doesn't spike when we explore. If you need to see any report files, please let me know and I'll put them in pastebin and link you. Any help or suggestions would be much appreciated. Thanks

Doesn't single player commands include World Edit? If it doens't work my only guess is that it's incompatible with certain blocks that Hexxit adds, but WE might just copy data values so I'm not really sure. There is no single player world edit, the only way to get it is through Single Player Commands. Another option could be to host a server for yourself without doing any port forwarding (The IP would be localhost). Hexxit creates an internal server anyway on single player so this wouldn't change much. Then add MCPC+ (allows use of bukkit plugins with forge stuff) and install the World Edit bukkit plugin.
