Okay I just regenerated the initial area due to too many meteors and glass. Also I increased the area that monsters cant spawn to cover the whole desert area. This gets rid of most of the hard initial mobs. Also I added a sign that indicates to the kit tools so you can get the tools you need to start.

Thanks for the reply. We really only have 6 active members atm and 3 of them are in the EU so they are on at different times. The glass i believe is from the meteors that are nearby but i will look into it. To help people just starting out I will add a safe zone or something so they don't get attacked right away. Sorry if you didn't enjoy your first run through but I appreciate the response and will work on those things.

Welcome to the world of tomorrow! Seriously welcome to a server that uses MC 1.7.10 and is Modded. Finding modpacks that were up to date using MC 1.7.x and were compatible with servers seemed impossible and ultimately led me to making my own modpack and my own server. Some say,"But MC 1.6.4 is the best for mods!". That use to be true but go look at the MC forums. Most modders are updating and most of the coolest updates are out for 1.7.10. So I started a server almost 2 months ago now for my friends and I with the plan of allowing more people to join. We were using the 1.6.4 Ultimate modpack and it was fun, for a bit... We ran into a lot of problems with certain mods and it was hard to get certain plugins running an older version of MC. So I wiped the server and made a modpack running MC 1.7.2. Again it was good for a bit but I saw a trend on the rise and wanted to be a part of it. Modders were all working on 1.7.10. So finally, almost a month ago now, I created the current server and have been working on it since. Finally this is where you come in! I need people on the server. I currently don't need admins or moderators I just need people. I have a few good guys that followed from the old servers plus my friends on the server but it can support much much more. The modpack has over 130 mods and I keep it up to date because I love it. A complete list of mods can be found at the link below. Not the other way around. When you think of roleplaying, what comes to mind? When it comes to roleplaying, i believe that you should treat yourself as the character. You are the character and even the smallest of decisions should be taken seriously as they can affect you in various ways. If I am that character I wouldn't make decisions that seem out of character or out of place. How did you hear about Gaia Life RPPVP? The forum post in the Tekkit forums. Firstly, when introducing a character's lore it needs to be believable and on par with the other players in the game. I am creating a character that fits into the lore of the game and I let the game shape the character. Not the other way around. Secondly, Meta-gaming is seriously frowned upon. All characters knowledge should be based off of in game experience and intuition. It makes RPing more believable and fun (in my opinion). I do this in other games like Skyrim. I let the quests and the people guide me, not the fact that I know what quests and events are out there. The man is insistent upon his innocence, but the soldiers do not relent. What do you do? Insist that it is none of my business but mention the fact that bronze machine parts can be rather awkward to steal as they are specifically designed for certain machines and parameters. Also, it would require the efforts of a skilled group of people, if the parts are large enough, to gather, transport and hide the parts. I would then insist that a simpleton such as him couldn't possibly know what the parts are for let alone be part of a group that steals them. If they leave the man I will claim that he is indebted to me and I expect him to return the favor. Whether he was guilty or not. If they insist on continuing to harass him... I see no use for him and leave them be... As you are walking down the street, you glance down an alleyway and notice some shady-looking characters moving crates. Upon closer inspection, you realise that the crates are marked "ordinance", and that it seems that they're being moved into a school. What do you do? Approach the men and Inquisitively ask why such important documents are being moved into a school. Should they react violently, simply the threat of causing too much racket and bringing unwanted attention could calm them. Should they tell me to, "Get lost" I will further press them as my curiosity further deepens. Should they ignore me, I will press even harder as my curiosity can't stand it. If they flash a badge, I will apologize and casually leave. You have been evicted from your home, and attract the sneers of those you pass on the street. Even your own family has shunned you, and your best of friends now refuse to acknowledge your existence; what have you done to earn this fate? Most likely I have done some augmentation in the lab at my home to further benefit myself. Clearly the landlord didn't like my experiments in my home and evicted me. People can't understand that not all augmentations are about looks but about quality and progress. If this drives away friends and family then that simply means less distractions. However, if the augmentation is preventing my progress because of the lack of interactions of others, then I may decide to alter it or remove it all together. You're approached by a street thug, clearly much stronger than you are. He demands everything valuable that you're carrying. What do you do? Stealing a valuable piece of technology could prove hindering... However being killed or smashed up could as well... Hopefully I have something useful that could save me from this situation.
