sumthin keeps crashing the server, anythin u can do about it?

We may have a problem regarding minions and factions... Peoples bases have been griefed with minions although the land that was griefed is claimed. Also there is a guy on the server who made a faction to sorround anothers factions land, thats not allowed rite?
