Whenever I try to join a server, the "logging in..." message appears, then Attack of The B-team crashes! can anyone help?

Hello! I'm looking for a rather small attack of the b team server to play on, as well as to learn and discover things that i don't understand about the mod pack. I am a very experienced builder and I constantly apply my expertise to my surroundings. (Question: Is the server open for suggestions like: there are no crafting recipes for some of the micro blocks, can you make a shop/trade center for them?)
