for some reason I cant get it to get below version 1.6.4 but all the servers are in 1.5.2 HELP

Ever sense I watched there first episode I have dreamed of getting voltz BUT being the misleading jerk, they used a custom voltz and that means its impossible to have the same mods. So when I finally got the voltz mod pack I was excited and then my heart basically dropped when I couldn't fine the same stuff (blast craft and stuff like that) SO I'm reaching out to the public for help on how to get there voltz (preferably a link) or if someone would be kind enough to make one, They both would be extremely appreciated and I believe many others would love to play on the same modpack .
