annoyed because i can't play attack of the b-team

I'm having some what the same problem. When I start the mod pack everything goes nice and no lag but after 20 minutes it start to lag, my screen keeps on frizzing. I really want to play this mod pack with my friend put I can't, It's just plain annoying. Also, I have a question, what are the minimum spec you need to run this mod pack. I'm sure I surpass them by a lot.
