Not many texture pack devs have made a version for this tekkit, however a quick browse of the forms for user created ones should work. That's how i got my SphaxBD Craft one.

Try putting yourself in recipe mode so just clicking will show you the recipe. A lot of the items for me will not show their recipes when i click R as that is the sort inventory key. The clicking sound is not NEI but the inventory tweaks doing its job to sort the current inventory.

I got this too when i first set up my sever. to fix this you need to change the RAM allocation for the sever. Sever are suppose to have the same start and end points for parameters but the files are messed. To fix it open you sever folder Right click the launch.bat file and go Edit Use note pad or word pad Change "java -Xmx3G -Xms2G -jar Tekkit.jar nogui pause" to "java -Xmx1G -Xms1G -jar Tekkit.jar nogui pause" Click save then close the window This will tell the runtime that it is allowed to use 1Gb of RAM on your computer for the sever

Try runing the 1.6.4 light version with x128 sphax. Seems to work for me.

Regarding your first topic, it might be a bug, I have not encountered it myself but try using fluiducts from Thermal Expansion. There seem to work 100% for me. Your second topic however, there is no teleport pipes anymore. This version of Buildcraft saw the removal of them. To transport liquids long distances consider using a ender tank or tesseract.
