There have always been players on when i get that error so the server itself is up but i can't seem to join. upon retrying today i still have the same issue

Everytime i try to join i get a bad login...

I can't log onto the server. It just says "Can't resolve hostname". I'm certain I have the ip correct and have tried redoing it a few times.
