Um can someone help, when I tried deleting chunks in mcedit, all of my stuff is gone, my base, can someone helppppp?

Omg thank you guys so much my world has been down for ages because of the damn structures!

Ok so, i have been playing B-Team for a few weeks now, and only yesterday did i encounter a massive problem, the issue is, i was playing fine, i flew into a new chunk on my survival, and the game crashed in that chunk, so after trying over and over to get on the world it didnt work, so i decided to check my crash-reports, here is what it says, ---- Minecraft Crash Report ---- // Would you like a cupcake?
