well the console just wont let me op people or anything with " / " like " /toggledownfall "

I've re-downloaded from the source you have given me but when i click on launch.bat the black box with code comes up, loads and prepares the spawn areas but at the end it says " [railcraft] loaded 0 saved anchors" and "creating railcraft save file" but thats it. + the black box told me all the commands, so i thought i could use them in the black box but i cant..

I have just created my own Tekkit classic server but when it starts up no server console appears. I want to have a console so i can save the server when im finished with my friends so any ideas would be helpful!
