Chunk Loading Question - Minecarts vs Power

The Anchor Cart was made for trains going past the chunk border. They load more chunks around them than the chunkloading blocks do, 9 total. (You need 9 for movement.) I haven't used them yet, but I think you chain them to your cart/train with a crowbar.
