digging up really old news here but if anyone sees this could you please tell me how to do this on a pc that can literally never connect to the internet? is it even possible to run it without ever connecting to the internet?

Doesn't it have a sign-in prompt? Wouldn't that not allow me to go on it? Because I literally cannot access the internet on this pc.

Is there a way to just download all the modpacks and just the whole deal and then transfer it all to a different pc via flash drive? If so please tell me how to do so. Backstory being my pc has driver problems with my network adapter and connecting it to the modem isn't feasible so I've just been carrying my files over between two pcs via flash drive.
